Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Personalized and customized products may require 2–5 additional business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and local conditions.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499. (Modify as per your business policy)
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier service disruptions
- High order volumes
PrintNX is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may apply.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not qualify for free reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide appropriate assistance.
Customized Products
As most of our products are personalized and made-to-order:
- Production begins shortly after order confirmation.
- Shipping timelines may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
